Parties

Parties are social gatherings where people meet to celebrate an event or simply to socialize. Some parties are based around certain themes and are often thrown just for the sake of partying. Raves, dance parties, cocktail parties and more are examples of this. There are also parties centered around a particular event or holiday, such as New Year's parties, housewarming parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties. There are even parties thrown to showcase a particular product such as a Tupperware party.

Types of Parties

By far, the most common type of party is a birthday party. They come for everyone every year, whether we want them to or not! Some birthday bashes are small gatherings of a few friends and some wine, while others are massive blowouts where dozens of friends and family show up to celebrate the occasion. And let's not forget surprise birthday parties...

A unique kind of gathering is the office party. They are usually thrown by a business and they may be held away from the office in high-class venues. They can be held to inaugurate certain milestones in the business or just to boost employee morale.
