Limousine buses are a great choice for transportation to and from bachelor and bachelorette parties, a wedding if you have a large party and want to all ride together, or for any big event that involves transportation that you want to make extra-special.
What are Limousine Buses?
Limousine buses look on the outside like extra-long vans with tinted windows. Inside, they look more like traditional limousines, often with sofa-style seating, a bar area, a television and other amenities. Sometimes these buses include table seating areas, a dance floor in the middle of the bus, strobe lights and other fun accessories.

You can also try a comprehensive limousine search engine like Limos.com. This site allows you to search by state, date, the kind of service you need and the number of passengers. Search results show you the different kinds of limos that are available and give you other information like how long the company has been in service, contact information and the ability to get a live quote.
Quotes are sent by e-mail after you fill out a form giving more information about your party, where you will be picked up and dropped off, how you want the driver to dress and more. You can then choose the right limousine bus or other car for your needs.
Cost Issues
The cost of limousine buses, like any other kind of limousine service varies widely from region to region and depending on the number of people in your party, the amount of time you need the limo for and other factors.
One way you might be able to save costs is by looking at special packages that are offered by the limousine service. Companies often have specials for weddings, bachelorette parties and other special events that might get you a better deal than just asking for a limousine bus for a certain time on a certain day.
Choosing the cheapest service is not always the best idea. Those companies on the bottom end might not have clean buses, or they might be using older-model cars. If you're worried about the condition of the vehicle you will be renting, try to visit the limousine company before you book to take a look at their fleet.
Don't forget to factor tipping into your budget as well. Most experts say to tip between 15 and 20 percent of the total cost of the service. You should go to the higher end if the service was great or if you had the limo for a very long time. You can go lower if you were dissatisfied. Another way to figure the tip is an extra $10 an hour per hour that you had the limo. Make sure the tip is not included in the bill already before you add this on.
