Elegant Christmas Party Invitations

I know there are a ton of Christmas party invitations out there, but a lot of the ones I’ve seen incorporate Santa, reindeer, snowmen or other “cutesy” holiday characters. While these are fun, I was thinking it would be nice to have some ideas for Christmas party invitations that had an elegant flair to them.

A few ideas I’ve come up with so far include:
*Embossed snowflake in silver on pale blue invites
*Gold foil ornament on a red invite with black lettering
*Green and red mistletoe on ivory cardstock

What other ideas do you have? I know it’s still two months until Christmas, but sometimes, homemade invites or special orders can take a little while to make!
