That sounds like a fun idea Dannii. The Guild of British Coach Operators may be able to help you find a local company. Hiring a bus of that size will likely cost several hundred pounds, but you'll need to contact the bus provider for specific rates.

Hi, im looking for a party bus that will take at least 25 people or more. Its for a 32nd birthday, and are looking to go from southampton to the new forest for a few hours and then back to southampton again. How much would this cost?? Many thanks

Sorry, Carly, but no company will rent a party bus to a minor. You will have to talk to a parent or guardian and ask them to rent one for you.

We don't book party buses on this site, Sandra, but to give you an idea of the cost, the minimum fees I've seen have been $100 per hour, but it can definitely go higher. It really depends on where you live and the available companies. Prices may vary for weekdays vs. weekends, as well. You can search online or check the phone book for companies in your area. PubClub.com offers buses in several cities, and VanGo Bus Charters also has rentals in several cities. Hope this helps.

It's hard to say, Linda. It really depends on where you live and what companies are available. For instance, the L.A. party bus companies I mentioned below charge from $125 to $200+ an hour, with a four or five-hour minimum. A Midwest rental company might be cheaper because of the overall lower cost of living, or it might be more expensive because there's no competition in your area. The best way to find out the exact rates is to call a local company or ask for an online quote from a site like VanGo Bus Charter (www.askvango.com/online_quote/). Either way, this won't be a cheap party expense. You'll have to decide if it's worth the splurge for a memorable event.

Would it be at all possible to get a quote as to how much to rent a party bus around the end of march with the departing from Los Angeles, CA to Hollywood, CA. I would just to get an idea as to how much a party bus would cost....
